Very stylish but i was confused about all the black doors in the Building. Nice room.

The Location is far away from the tourist places and the port.

Just Great Stay

The room is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The staff even provided special amenity kit for children. The bathroom is perfect in the way that you could easily do your laundry.

very family friendly, and the staff were great.

The location was not bad, as Takamatsu is quite walkable. The welcome from the staff was excellent, and the room was very spacious. We had all the amenities we needed and it was perfect with a baby

The location is simply great. Easy access to public transportation and within walking distance to touristy locations.

All rooms facing the Main Street are super noisy. I have to change room after the first night.

Comfortable stay

The hotel was very clean and offered great amenities (washing machine, wash room that doubles as drying room, two comfortable queen size beds and a decent sized room for 3 adults (by Japanese standards it was quite big). Very good value for money.

Staff were not evident except at check-in. The reception desk did not have someone manning it during business hours, so I’m not sure what would have happened if we experienced any difficulties. Not enough cutlery/ crockery in the kitchenette, given the number of people the room accommodates.

Very Good

Very well thought out, great laundry facilities in room including ingenious drying facility in bathroom. Breakfast was simple but delicious and friendly staff.

We booked a king room but the window was very small so the room rely a bit gloomy. However, it was great value for money overall.

Amazing hotel and spacious

The room was big and spacious with plenty of space for 4 girls, not packing light. It is a very new building, so it is clean and immaculate, and we loved the free luggage lockers for us to store our bags as we arrived early.

There is a washing machine in the room and drying racks, but if you're only staying one night, this is not ideal as there is no dryer.

Very Good

The staff were wonderful, location not too bad. Hotel is modern and contemporary.

Rooms very small, no staircase so you have to use the one lift....when it's busy you can be waiting a long time. Kettle in room but no tea or coffee provided.

Great stay!

Simple, clean, great location. The staff were great. especially Maiko! She made our stay more enjoyable.

Every room un the hotel has a washer dryer except two. One of them was ours! We had to find a laundromat elsewhere. I would have booked a different room if I had known.

Functional and smart

It’s a new hotel, smart and functional for a 2 night stay with friends. The room was clean and spacious with a very large bed, so not much room to open a suitcase. It was great to have a washing machine in the room, but I didn’t find the detergent until the day after I’d done the wash! Good drying facilities in the bathroom. No tea or coffee but there was a kettle and cups, plus microwave. We reserved a parking spot right outside for ¥1100/day. Very helpful staff.

No instructions in English so I missed a few things.

Highly recommended and would stay again without hesitation

The location was great and the staff was very helpful. We found some very nice restaurants nearby.

There was a musky smell when we entered the unit. We believe the source is near the kitchen sink.

Big rooms near many facilities.

Very big rooms with a small kitchen and washing machine. It is within walking distance to the train station and many restaurants. My parking lot was reserved for me when I arrived. There is a bakery nearby which opens at 8 am where I bought freshly baked bread for breakfast.

Nothing much to complain about.

Self contained motel style, suits big family stay.

Clean, comfortable, self contained. Equipments are of good quality.

A bit away from main area, quite a bit of walking. Night time is very quiet.

Wonderful staff and comfortable bed

The location is good. It is near one of the major train stations and yet far away enough not to be affected by the noise. The room itself is spacious and modern. It is very well equipped and comes with a digital lock. The check in and check out process is smooth. Last but not least, the staff manning the hotel is professional, engaging and fun!

Wonderful

Compact room in a hotel in central Takamatsu. The location is close to restaurants, cafes and shops. It is also 5 minutes' walk to Kawaramachi Station from where there are good connections to Takamatsu Station and other parts of the city.
